TERMS & AGREEMENT

1. BOOKING & RESERVATIONS

Your event is officially reserved once the required deposit has been received and your booking has been confirmed by 505 Goo Crew.

The person booking the event is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

• Event date and time
• Event location
• Number and approximate ages of participating children
• Selected party package and add-ons
• Any known allergies, sensitivities, or other relevant information

Any changes to the event details should be communicated to 505 Goo Crew as soon as possible.

2. PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

A deposit of $________ / ________% is required to reserve your event date and time.

The remaining balance is due ________________________.

Additional guests, package upgrades, travel fees, add-ons, or other services requested after the original booking may result in additional charges.

3. FINAL GUEST COUNT

Your final number of participating children must be provided at least _____ days before your event.

Additional children may be added for $________ per child, subject to the availability of supplies and adequate staffing.

We cannot guarantee accommodation for additional participants added on the day of the event.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Because 505 Goo Crew reserves your event date and time and purchases or prepares supplies specifically for your party, deposits are ________________________.

If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate another available date; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Repeated rescheduling or significant changes to an existing reservation may require an additional deposit.

5. WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

For outdoor events, the customer is responsible for providing an appropriate alternative location in the event of rain, excessive wind, extreme temperatures, or other unsuitable conditions.

505 Goo Crew reserves the right to modify, pause, relocate, or discontinue an activity if weather or environmental conditions become unsafe.

If 505 Goo Crew must cancel an event due to an emergency, illness, unsafe conditions, or another circumstance beyond our reasonable control, we will work with you to reschedule the event or provide an appropriate refund or credit for services not provided.

6. ADULT SUPERVISION

505 Goo Crew provides entertainment and guided slime-making and sensory activities. We do not provide childcare.

A responsible parent, legal guardian, or designated adult must remain present and responsible for participating children throughout the event.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children and determining whether participation is appropriate based on the child's age, abilities, allergies, sensitivities, and behavior.

7. SLIME INGREDIENTS, ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

Our slime-making activities may include materials such as:

• Glue
• Slime activator
• Shaving foam
• Coloring
• Fragrance
• Clay
• Instant snow
• Glitter
• Foam beads
• Charms
• Other craft and sensory materials

Some individuals may experience skin irritation, sensitivities, or allergic reactions to certain ingredients or materials.

The person booking the event is responsible for informing participating families that slime-making and sensory activities will take place and for communicating any known allergies or sensitivities to 505 Goo Crew before the event.

505 Goo Crew cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participation is voluntary.

8. SLIME & MATERIALS ARE NOT EDIBLE

Slime and all slime-making ingredients and craft materials are NOT intended for consumption.

Participants should not place slime, glue, activator, charms, glitter, beads, clay, foam, or any other activity materials in their mouths.

Young children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult.

505 Goo Crew reserves the right to pause or discontinue a participant's activity if materials are being used in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.

9. CLOTHING, PERSONAL BELONGINGS & PROPERTY

Slime, coloring, glitter, glue, fragrance, and other craft materials may stain or damage clothing, carpet, furniture, upholstery, flooring, or other surfaces.

We strongly recommend that participating children wear clothing that can get messy.

505 Goo Crew will take reasonable precautions to protect the designated activity area. The customer is responsible for providing an appropriate workspace and for identifying any surfaces, furniture, belongings, or areas that require special protection.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 505 Goo Crew is not responsible for stains or property damage resulting from normal participation in slime-making or sensory activities, except where caused by negligence or another liability that cannot legally be waived.

10. EVENT SPACE & SETUP

The customer is responsible for providing a safe, reasonably accessible, and appropriate area for the scheduled activity.

The event space must provide adequate room for the number of participating children, 505 Goo Crew staff, supplies, and appropriate adult supervision.

Any specific requirements regarding tables, seating, access to water, electricity, setup space, or other accommodations will be communicated before the event when applicable.

11. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT & SAFETY

Our goal is to provide a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

505 Goo Crew reserves the right to pause or discontinue a participant's involvement if their behavior becomes unsafe, destructive, excessively disruptive, or creates a risk to themselves, other participants, staff, equipment, or property.

A parent, guardian, or responsible adult may be asked to assist with or remove a participant from the activity if necessary for safety.

12. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Slime-making, sensory play, and hands-on arts and crafts involve ordinary risks, including but not limited to:

• Spills and stains
• Minor skin irritation
• Allergic or sensitivity reactions
• Slips or falls resulting from spilled materials
• Contact with small craft materials
• Accidental damage to clothing or personal belongings

By allowing a child to participate, the child's parent or legal guardian acknowledges these ordinary risks and voluntarily permits the child's participation.

Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. PHOTOS & VIDEOS

505 Goo Crew may photograph or record party setups, slime creations, decorations, activity stations, or other event details for promotional, social media, website, or marketing purposes.

505 Goo Crew will not intentionally photograph or publish identifiable images of participating children without appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or guardians who do not wish for their child to appear in photographs or videos should notify 505 Goo Crew before the event.

14. SMALL PARTS & AGE-APPROPRIATE PARTICIPATION

Some slime activities may include small items such as charms, beads, foam pieces, glitter, or other craft materials that may present a choking hazard to young children.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether an activity or material is appropriate for their child and for providing close supervision when necessary.

15. EVENT TIMING

Your party package includes the amount of activity time specified at booking.

Late arrival by guests does not automatically extend the scheduled event time. Additional event time may be available for an additional charge when scheduling and staffing permit.

505 Goo Crew will make reasonable efforts to arrive with adequate time for setup before the scheduled activity start time.

16. TRAVEL & LOCATION FEES

Travel within the standard 505 Goo Crew service area is included unless otherwise stated in your booking.

Events outside the standard service area may be subject to an additional travel fee. Any applicable travel fee will be communicated before your reservation is finalized.

17. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

The customer is responsible for providing accurate event details, including the address, access instructions, parking information, gate codes when applicable, and any venue rules or restrictions that could affect setup or service.

505 Goo Crew is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 505 Goo Crew's liability arising from an event or service shall be limited as permitted by law.

Nothing in this agreement is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By booking an event, submitting a deposit, electronically accepting these terms, or signing below, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the 505 Goo Crew Terms & Agreement.

The customer also confirms that they are authorized to make the reservation and accept these terms.
