PRIVACY POLICY

This starter privacy page will be finalized before launch. The website is designed to collect only information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, manage customer records, process booking requests, schedule events, create invoices and payments, and provide customer service.

Booking information may include customer contact information, event details, participating-child information supplied by the booking customer, allergies or sensitivities, selected packages/themes/add-ons, acceptance of terms, and technical security information such as IP address and server logs.

Administrative access is restricted. Production database credentials are intended to be stored outside the public web root. Additional details regarding payment processors, email providers, Google Calendar integration, analytics, retention and customer rights will be added once those services are finalized.
